Lauren has been so helpful getting me on the right track with my nutrition with lots of information and advice on different aspects of my eating habits. She explains everything in a way I can understand and writes it all down, including diagrams and recommendations for podcasts, blogs etc.

Danielle is absolutely fantastic. Whilst I understand the basics of nutrition, preparing for an mountain bike stage race is a whole different level. Her expertise and education have set me up to head into the race feeling confident and comfortable with the best approach.
